Intervals Fitbit Inspire HR

I'm trying to set my intervals on my fitbit inspire HR but it doesn't save my intervals in the app. I've logged onto my desktop and set it on there but it makes no difference as it stays on the pre set intervals of 30sec and 10sec rest on the app. Any help???

Let m help you setting up your interval training. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this retry setting your interval training sessions.
