Is there a way to adjust the brightness for the fit bit inspire HR

Is there a way to adjust the brightness on the fitbit Inspire HR? When I sleep and move it flickers on and off and it’s very bright.

Thank you but unfortunately none of those are compatible with my Charge 3.

You do realize that you are in the Inspire section of the forum. Did you look in the section devoted for your model?

i have an Inspire HR so i assumed this was the correct section.

Exactly my experience. I've only had my Inspire HR for 2 days, but I'm returning it because I can't read the display when I'm in a sunny location. I'm really disappointed. I'll look for a different product.

I wish I could return mine but it's past the return period. I have a Charge
3. My husband has the same and his is brighter than mine, so mine must be
defective. I'm tempted to go back to a regular watch. Kind of sad that in
this day and age we have watches that we can only see while inside or at
night.
