Please help!
I bought the Inspire HR for my son's 10th birthday. He was delighted.
I added him as a child on my family account as instructed.
But the Inspire HR does not sync to the app on my Android phone, and therefore none of the data from the Inspire HR that my son wants to view can be seen.
The only option to sync the Inspire HR to my phone on my son's account is with the Ace. Which we obviously don't have.
He (and I) are very disappointed and I'd like to know how to fix this so that he can enjoy his birthday present and the data that he wants to access.
Please help!!

Sorry, but children under 13 can only be in family account, and family account allows only Ace or Ace 2.

Thanks for your help - that's a bit disappointing.
Will try to figure out a fix in the meantime as we won't swap it for the Ace.
