When connected to GPS, it keep dropping me out of exercise mood. Even Locks up the whole Fitbit Device. Won't reset till i get home and do a restart procedure.

ALSO regardless of of GPS mode
of late i noticed that the exercise LAP CUES are repeating. So if i do a walk and have it set for half mile (.50) Lap. and I do 2 miles it will show

LAP 1
LAP 2
LAP 3
LAP 4

LAP 1
LAP 2
LAP 3
LAP 4

LAP 1
LAP 2
LAP 3
LAP 4

Repeating the  4 LAP set 3 times .

@rudyten It's nice to see you around. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the details mentioned. There are a few reasons why GPS might not connect. Review the information below, then check the requirements and troubleshooting steps.

  1. Environmental factors, including tall buildings, dense forest, steep hills, and even thick cloud cover, can interfere with your device’s or phone’s ability to connect to GPS satellites. If the signal is blocked—either because you're underground or due to another reason—GPS won't work.
  2. Confirm that GPS is enabled on your device. For more information, see How do I turn on GPS for an exercise on my Fitbit device?
  3. For connected GPS, turn off Wi-Fi on your phone so that your phone doesn’t try to connect to available networks along your route.
  4. For connected GPS, verify the following requirements; then try the troubleshooting steps if necessary.

If after checking the above, you're still experiencing issues, please try the troubleshooting in this article

Regarding your inquiry about your laps view, it should show you all the laps you've done instead of repeating the ones you already did. Please attach a screenshot of what you're seeing on your app.

Keep me posted.

For the record, I have also experienced my Inspire HR dropping out of exercise mode by itself/locking up when trying to use an exercise with connected GPS (e.g. running, walking, hiking) in 3 of my 4 latest activities. Seriously considering just switching to another vendor now. 😞
