Has anyone else has issues after updating their app? When I go into it it says it’s not longer compatible with my inspire hr and takes me to the App Store but I already have the app? I had a friend request from someone called Dora H which I accepted and it’s only since I’ve accepted, could the email with the friend request be a virus or something?

Hi, @Lolak_40 , I would recommend deleting your Fitbit app completely and then redownloading it from the app store.
Be sure you know the email and password for your Fitbit account first, and you will not lose and data by doing this.
It’s never a good idea to open an email from someone you don’t know.
Let us know if redownloading the app solves your issue.

Thank you, I’ve done that and it seems to have done the trick! Very strange. The email with the friend request came from Fitbit so I assumed it was legitimate and safe to open, I’m always very careful about these sort of things. Hopefully won’t have any further issues now 😊
