13 month old Inspire HR will not vibrate, show phone calls, text messages, daily step goals and each screen flashes several times before stopping. I have done a soft reset to no avail. It was working fine until 2 weeks ago. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, @LA11850 , I would suggest repeating the restart procedure a few more times to see if that helps. Sometimes you need to hold the button for considerably longer than the recommended 5 seconds.
If that doesn’t solve it you will probably need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com . Please be aware that response times will be longer than usual due to the current worldwide situation.
