Hi!

Can anyone tell me what to do when my fitbit won't scroll? Is there a reset button or something? Even better is there tutorial video, I could watch? Any help greatly appreciated.

Try a Restart , described in that link.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
