Fitbit Inspire HR had been working great for months. Randomly it won't turn on and all the screen is showing is a smiley face. I've tried to restart it and charge it for about an hour. Still won't turn on and all the screen shows is the smiley face for a second then goes black again. What does the smiley face mean? Any advice?

The smiley face means it has restarted.  I would suggest doing the restart again and holding the button for significantly longer than the recommended 5 seconds.  That might get it going again.
