Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. Does the Inspire pick up your HiiT sessions? Is there a way of logging them? Starting at the beginning of your work out?
Thanks

Hello @murphyX and welcome to the Help forums. Your Inspire has a feature called SmartTrack, the exercise auto-recognition feature. When you start your workout, your Inspire will probably auto-recognize it as an aerobic workout. Alternatively, you can use the Log feature of the phone app before or after the fact.
But I am going out on a limb with an observation. If you do HIIT, it seems like you are a very active, exercising person. The Inspire is an entry level device. If you like the slim design of the Inspire, the Inspire HR is a better choice for you. It has an exercise app on the device and uses heart rate based algorithms for calculating calorie burn. The exercise app has an Interval Workout choice where you set a move time, a rest time and the number of reps. The Inspire uses average calorie burns from a database and you must set your move/rest/reps on your own.
If you got your Inspire from Fitbit, you do have a 45 day, no questions asked return period. I just think you will be disappointed with the Inspire.

Hi, could you advise me please on how to log my HIIT work out properly? It only recorded 34 mins of the work out (is that because of my heart rate?) also it only said I burned 120 calories and my friends-which is an Apple Watch and more detailed-showed she had burned 400 calories in the same class-my heart rate was 120 so I was working hard??
Thanks
