I recently woke up one morning to discover that all my previous data was gone! I am so frustrated.  It never returned. It's like I started all over.  Years of data just disappeared, never to return.  I've restarted everything,  re-synced. Gone. It's all gone. Please help!!

Did you ever get your data back?  Same thing happened to me yesterday 2/15//25 - the app rebooted and had to re-setup my fitbit.  When I logged in with my username/password all my past data is now gone.  I'm trying to find out how to contact someone but I'm not finding any type of support help.

Nope. Still gone and no help and no answers. I'm sorry you're experiencing the same thing. It's so disappointing.
