Hi @dfurray  Several questions but no answers without more information! What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? Have you set up notifications in the app on your phone (go to your account and secect your Inspire and scroll down to notifications). Have you go notifications turned on, on the Inspire - long press of the button for the quick start menu.
