i'm using inspire hr and cycling for several weeks and when I check web dashboard, it shows a diagram of my change in elevation, but than it says my elevation gain is 0 m. should I reset my phone to show the correct one?

Let me help you with your missing elevation. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your activities? I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure you have the app up to date.
