Missing stats on Fitbit app

My Fitbit data has been completely wiped between the dates of 1st July and 22nd July 2020. This is odd because the data had been there before and I can see data from before this period and after.

 

We're doing a step count challenge at work and I need to be able to provide evidence of steps but I'm recording 0 steps for these days only despite wearing my Fitbit (Inspire HR) each of these days.

 

Everything is synced, I've used the same devices throughout (both Fitbit and phone). The data had been visible before but has no disappeared, any thoughts?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
