Hi guys!
My partner and I are new to the world of Fitbits.
Mine has been work perfectly with no issues, his however has a few issues.
Firstly it tracks his sleep all wrong, today it's saying he went to bed at 5am, which is obviously way off the mark. His wake up time is usually ok though.
Also, some times it won't sync for him, no matter how much he tries it just keeps loading.
He had issues from the very first sync up.
Should we exchange for a new one?

Hi @DilliDolli Try restarting his Inspire several times and see if that helps. If the issues are atill there it might be best to exchange it.
