Multiple issues with inspire

I have had numerous issues with my inspire. 

 

1- Not logging mindfulness

 

2- Will not allow myself to edit my photo. It states "editting isn't supported for this image"

 

3- The most annoying. It will not allow myself to use anything in the discover tab. It states "There is a problem connecting to your Fitbit server, please try again" 

 

I have already tried

 

-logging out

-Reinstalling 

-Resetting my Fitbit

-Resetting my phone

 

I have the latest Android update 

 

Please help, I'm getting frustrated with not being able to use half of the functions

Hi @BanksyDM From what younhave said it sounds more like an app problem than an issue with the inspire. What phone are you using?

Not enough information! HERE is the list of compatable devices. If yours is on the list then it should work well. If it is not on the list it should still work though operation may not be complete. If you continue to have problems then contact Fitbit Support  and hopefully they will be able to talk you through it.
