My Fitbit just died

Anyone having a problem with the Fitbit just stopping. I got it for Christmas. Have only had it on twice. Wore it this last time for about 4 days, plugged it in over night. Put it on in the morning and within hours was not working. I have tried to charge it and nothing is happening. Had my last fit bit for about 5yrs and got it wet so it died. But I’m not happy about this one stopping out of the blue. Help!

Hi, @Kingaharro , have you tried giving it a restart?  Here’s how:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds. 
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

You might need to repeat this process a couple of times more, but this can often restore a Fitbit that has become unresponsive.
