App not working?

My Inspire HR is counting all of my steps perfectly fine, however the app is not? I've synced it over and over, turned it off and on again, refreshed a few times, turned my phone off and on again - still nothing. Any details from the past 4 days have not shown on my phone, no steps, sleep or anything, and showing the same calories burned for each day that it hasn't counted my steps.

 

Just wondered why.

@Brow_E A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your data not showing on the app. It does sound as if your tracker isn't syncing with your phone. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
