My inspire 2 doesn't show anything on the LED screen.

My Inspire 2 LED screen is dark & doesn't show anything on it even though the battery is charged & it is recording steps. How do i restore it?

Rebooted several times, and it finally worked.

Went into settings on fitbit.com account.  Changed the face display.  Then on the sides of the fitbit itself are buttons. I pressed those for several minutes til the smile face appeared. This rest the fitbit.  Took me 5 times before it worked. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone

I don’t even know how to reboot. I figured out when I push on both sides of display area my info does light up.

The first step was to get a display on the screen. I pressed the sides multiple times before this happened. Then I scrolled from the Clock up to Settings and selected Reboot. I rebooted several times before the device came properly back to life. Three days on and it is still working.
