I just switched from an Alta HR to an Inspire HR last night and am disappointed that the screens and initial clock face aren’t as customizable as the Alta. On my Alta I had a screen that simply showed me my time and heart rate, then a tap to show steps and a tap to show my next alarm. All of it was customizable, it is also a Fitbit, so I’m pretty confused as to why I can’t take everything off that I don’t need to see. Like the one clock face would be fine, but I’d like to remove distance and calories. I’ve selected one that is pretty simplistic, can’t change the orientation but shows time and steps, then HR, then calories.
The inspire looks sleek, but also feels less friendly? No customizable greeting, doesn’t light up to show me my watch as soon as I turn my wrist. I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but I am disappointed as I was expecting an upgrade. Less customizable does not scream upgrade to me.
Please add some more customization or at least some more clock face options.

Regarding your tracker's screen not turning on when you turn your arm please check that the screen wake options is on by long pressing the button.
