Replacement Inspire HR does not work

Very disappointed . Fitbit versa 2 purchased in Feb 2020 and screen stop working went green and hazy . Sent replacement a today and does not work, its stuck on the  clock face and will not swipe across up or down . Completed all factory reset, restart still  frozen. Not impressed and i will be onto customer service again tomorrow morning.

Sorry to hear that your replacement Inspire HR isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. As you mentioned the best thing to do is letting our Support team know about it. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with them to find a solution.
