I just bought a Fitbit Inspire 2 and I'm trying to download it to my laptop (Windows 11).  I went to Google store like it says in the mini instructions on the box. When I tried downloading the Fitbit app it said Fitbit will be installed soon. That was 2 hours ago. Did I do something wrong?

Hi @Hijohnjohn  as of October 13, 2022 the Fitbit app for windows was discontinued. You must have a compatible phone or tablet in order to use a Fitbit. click to learn more
