I bought my daughter a new Fitbit but we can’t seem to get it set up, we’ve used new emails and it won’t let us set it up! Help please!

Hi @Poppykins1980  do you get any error code and how are you setting it up? The more you tell us, the better to assist you. By any chance, is your daughter under the age of 13? The Inspire 2 is for people 13 (USA) or 16 (some European countries), so you would encounter problems setting up if using a younger age.
