New Inspire 2 resetting too 3000 every often

I just switched from my Charge 4 to a new Inspire 2....   I had 3000 steps on my charge 4 and now every so often the new Inspire 2 step count is reset to 3000 steps and is not keeping accurate count....   Is there a resolution for this that anyone is aware of?   - Problem resolved itself....   I'm thinking of just disconnecting from the site, seems to cause more value than it is worth.

Disconnect your Inspire 2 and then set it up again. You could also try syncing it.
