Previously, I had an Alta and now, I have a new Inspire. I can't get it to turn on. It keeps showing message GO TO FITBIT.COM/SET UP. And I do this, but my ALTA fitbit is still showing on the account.
Thanks for any help/direction you can offer.

@JoannGuillory It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Inspire showing the setup message. It doesn't matter if you have an Alta paired to your account you can also setup the Inspire on it. You will need to start the process by tapping the account button at the top left corner then scroll down to where it says "Setup a device" to start the process. You can follow these instructions to do so. After this your Inspire should be paired to your account.
Let me know how it goes.

I did that several times. I STILL get only the set-up message scrolling on the screen. I've got the happy face. It's fully charged. I've gone to and completed setup 4 times. It has a horizontal line across the width of the screen as if it showed an update progress, but it's not moving/changing. Help! I just bought it today!

I am having the same issue...it is fully charged, but I only get the fitbit logo and the setup website. I have set it up according to instructions, but it will not work.
