New clock faces don't work

When I go to apply the new animal clock faces to my inspire HR there is a message that says "this clock face cannot be installed on your device." Why?

Mine too. I am going to stop by Best Buy and have a Geek check it out.

I just checked with Best Buy.  They told me it is because my iPhone SE is too old, (it is about three years).  I would have to upgrade the phone to use the new clock faces.

My app updated yesterday and I was able to change to the kitty clock face. Best Buy was wrong.
