Last week I had an experience where I was tapping the screen to display time etc & it would not come on, if I press the button I can feel the vibrations, if I got a message or call I could feel the vibrations but the display would not come on, now I find that I also have to tap the screen several times & pretty hard for it to display sometimes.
Anyone else experiencing these problems? I just got this model March 2019.

In order to solve the issues with your Inspire HR screen, please try to restart it with these instructions:
You can also try to change the clock face of your device. Your device should now work normally. If your Inspire HR still doesn't work after a restart, please let me know.

I tried this & so far it seems to be working fine, I don't have to tap the display several times to get it to come on.
