Hello @DicksonC and welcome to the Help forums.  This is a setting that you can only make from your web dashboard.  Go to your web dashboard on fitbit.com and click on the gear icon in the upper right.  Then click on settings.  You can put the time to a 24 hour clock in the Advanced Settings.

@DicksonC  as @LZeeW  explained,  this is not a setting for your tracker,  but a personal setting found in the general account settings. Right next to distance miles/Km and weight Pounds/Kg

However im not sure if this setting is accessible for the Inspire @KateFitbit would you know about 24 hours on the Inspire

@Rich_Laue   This is an account setting, not a device setting.  It applies to all trackers on the account.

Hello @quilter47 and welcome to the forums.  To clarify, this is not a setting in the phone app.  You must go to fitbit.com on a web browser and log in.  Then click on the gear (upper right) and go to your Settings.

Nope does not work in New Zealand. When I go to the dash board there is no gear icon. If someone could give an easy explanation on how to change the 12 hour clock to 24 hr on an Inspire HR that would be great.
