No Bluetooth, wont reset

The last couple day my fitbit inspire was stuck on the time screen with my steeps. I couldn't scroll up or down. I could only cheek my battery level. I have plugged it in and tried to rest it. Today it stopped working all together.  Bluetooth won't detect it. Tried to rest it again wont do anything. Have also restarted my phone. Nothing.

Help.

If your having issues with the tracker itself the best we cam suggest is to do a restart

As for your phones Bluetooth, you should not be able to connect to the tracker.

The tracker won't do anything.  I cant get it to sync with my phone, even if my bluetooth is on. The screen is black. Charged it all last night.  Still is not responding.  It doesn't vibrate like it should when u reset it. Totally unresponsive, black screen.

Then it may be time to contact Fitbit at https://contact.fitbit.com

Had my Inspire for about a year and over the last week, have attempted to reset several times, battery charge would not last a day. Would not sync with phone and screen would go black off and on.  Been troubleshooting all week for similar issues.  Now screen is completely black, won't vibrate, not responding at all.  Completely dead
