I was having an issue with my new inspire reading my heart rate, and read to go to setting find heart rate and turn it on. There is no heart rate option. Just to be sure, i looked at the options on my Charge 2 and see it, but it is not showing for my Inspire. I have deleted the App and nothing, I have restarted my devise and nothing. It took a while for it record my HR to start recording and to upload my workout as well. I am not very happy with this compared to my charge 2. Anyone know why this option would not be in my menu selection?

Hi, @galrunner! According to the manual, "Track your heart-rate day and night with Inspire HR. To preserve battery life, turn off heart-rate tracking in the Settings app > Heart Rate."

 

They're referring to the settings app on the tracker, so if you swipe down past exercise, etc to settings, you'll find this setting there. Just tap to turn heart rate on and off.

Hi, @galrunner! According to the manual, "Track your heart-rate day and night with Inspire HR. To preserve battery life, turn off heart-rate tracking in the Settings app > Heart Rate."

 

They're referring to the settings app on the tracker, so if you swipe down past exercise, etc to settings, you'll find this setting there. Just tap to turn heart rate on and off.
