I do not receive my text messages on my Fitbit inspire HR anymore. I have tried everything. Resetting my Fitbit, deleting app, force stopping app. Deleting Fitbit completely out of my Galaxy S10. I have turned notifications off and turned them back on. Turned off my phone and still nothing this has been going on for 2 weeks now and I am about ready to throw the Fitbit out to the street. I do receive my notifications for my calls, calendar and Facebook messenger. I have called customer service and was told to do everything that I already tried and then after none of that worked magically got told that they are aware of the issue and are working on it but there was no time frame for it to be fixed. It is important for me to have this function because I can't have my phone near all the time so I rely on getting my text messages on my Fitbit.

Hi @GRRRR1234 It is probably related to THIS issue. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Keep an eye on that thread for updates.

I'm having problems with Inspire HR notifications too. It's a little disingenious for some to blame the pandemic for slow response to lack of functionality since these issues were raised back in January and earlier. Does Fitbit have no responsibility for resolving the issues?
