Clock face moves and works on my Inspire HR, but the tracking exercise option doesn’t come up anymore whatever I do. Can anyone help?

How long have you been wearing your Inspire HR?  If it's only been a couple of days then that's why... it takes a few days for the Fitbit to get to know you and your usual movements.  Give it a few more days and it'll hopefully start logging your exercise.  If you've been wearing it longer than a couple of weeks and it's still not showing up, try restarting it and giving it another couple of days?  If that doesn't work then someone else will hopefully be able to help you.

Having the same issue. Inspire HR worked fine out of the box for over a year a no waiting for it to get to know me. I would track exercise from device by swiping down to get to exercise. Then swiping through my exercises, tapping on bike or treadmill, then tapping play button to start. Device would show elapsed time etc. Would end by pressing side button, tapping, and selecting finish, then closing out from results screen.

Earlier this week device started displaying options for time/distance/intensity goal options but even when selected play button no longer worked.

This morning my device no longer even allows me to swipe down for exercise, breathing, or other options nor can I swipe up for those options.

Ah right, okey dokes, I haven't got a clue then... maybe wait for someone else to come up with suggestions for you both to try?

Sorry I couldn't help  😞

That's a point!  How fully charged are your Inspire HRs?  It's just that my Inspire won't track my sleep below 75% or exercise below 50% and very slowly and reluctantly only counts steps until it reaches 25% then nothing at all other than the food and water that I put in manually... could that be the same for either/both of you?

Within the last week, when I enter the data time and duration for my Barre3 class, a message for avg bpm graph and calories states: 'Not enough data available'.  But it tracks the # steps, # of calories and # of active minutes in the list - both on the app (iPhone) and website.  I have re-booted, turned off Bluetooth, 'chatted' briefly with helpdesk.  It had worked beautifully for 8 months and just started late last week. Is this similar to what others are experiencing? The Community Chat from 2018 noted a problem when Daylight Savings Time started, but it hasn't yet in 2020. I'm perplexed! Thanks for any insight anyone else has.

What sort of exercise is Barre3 please, @Kibbymk?  Maybe, like me, the Fitbit database doesn't know what it is so you need to find a similar exercise that it *does* recognise?  I hope you get it sorted soon though!  🙃

Aksherly, just one more point... maybe try looking in the exercise tracking settings to see what it's set at?  Mine is set to the minimum (10 minutes) so it tracks my morning strolls with the puppy, but it doesn't track it if she was at the vet and didn't come back until our afternoon stroll which is a third of the length and about 8 minutes long, so isn't logged as exercise in my app... maybe that's something else to try, @luluka9248 and @Munder?

I’m having the same problem! Just started yesterday (Wednesday, Feb 26), and then again this morning, null data. Really frustrating! It captured my cardio workout, but won’t reflect anything from the workouts I enter manually.

Glad it's not just me! Does Fitbit monitor these issues?

Not 100% sure, but I certainly hope they do!

Are your manually inputted workouts over 10 minutes long?  Maybe check in your dashboard to see what the setting is for you 'cos I think the default is half an hour so if that's what yours is, that might be why yours isn't logged automatically?  😊

Ditto. I had it tracking a hike - along the way it calculated the distance. When I finished, it has the GPS tracking and the amount of time exercised but everything else is 0 and "not enough data available". This has been a problem since Tuesday. Monday worked fine, then things went to hell.

Barre3 is a wonderful combination of yoga, Pilates, weights and cardio. I am hooked and I have never liked exercising. However, I have entered B3 as a manual exercise since last July with no problems so this is a new glitch. As mentioned in another reply, the 'no data available' seems to appear only with manual entries. Thanks for your support. We need a fix from Fitbit!

Thank you for explaining Barre3 to me, @Kibbymk!  Maybe you and others who are experiencing the issue could email the support bods at Fitbit?  There's a "Help" link at the top right of each page of the forum so hopefully there's a way for everybody to report it in there?  🙂

Hi - I had a nice 'chat' with Mark at Fitbit.  Yes, they do monitor the Community Forums. Yes, the engineers are working on this issue.  That made me feel better and hopefully we'll be able to track our manual entries soon! Thanks to you all!

Good news. Once it appeared to be a widespread (and relatively new) issue I had hope/faith it would get worked on and worked to cool my mental jets and stop flailing about. I've been putting my workouts in manually via the app on my phone and just syncing every time I want to see where I'm at in my day. Thanks for posting on your discussion.
