Following on from the issue of notifications of low battery when device still had more than 50% left, I now don't get any low battery notifications at all. Have checked and no new updates are available. What next?

@Drags, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your low battery notifications. Is your device syncing periodically? Try disabling this option then save and sync, re-enable, save and sync again.

Best AnswerI tried this with no success. Down to 22% and no notification.
I charged last night, just followed the advice again. I'll see if I get a notification this time.
Keep your fingers crossed!
Best AnswerI've tried your remedy twice now and I'm still not getting low battery notifications. It's at 22% at the moment, how low does it have to be to trigger a notification?
Checked for updates. I'm up to date. I'll have to charge it now, so whatever solution you suggest this time will have to wait till the next charge.
Best AnswerThis issue still isn't resolved.
Seems I'm not the only one with this issue
I tried the remedy offered but it still doesn't give a low battery warning.
Best AnswerI sync mine, and it says I have around 40% of the battery left, and by the time I get out the shower the battery is dead.
Best AnswerThe alta is just a lemon. Had trouble with mine ever since I've had it.
