I find the latest update really boring and not a step up!   Please go back to the old one it was great.

Hi there, @fokker340. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Please bear in mind there's no way to revert to the old Fitbit app version. Even though, I truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about the new Fitbit app interface, please note at this time there are no plans to change it or revert it to the old one. 

I'd like to invite you to take a look at this post to get the most out of the new Fitbit app.

I agree with you. The app is not user-friendly. I will not recommend fitbit to anyone right now. I am considering switching to another brand. I'm really disappointed. I have had this app for a long time. I don't want to spend time getting to know this version. It looks confusing, and it takes a lot of scrolling. The Runkeeper- app is better right now.

I don't think I'm alone is being disappointed in the "upgrade" and now I am not able to sync my Inspire 2 (and yes, I've done all the trouble shooting that used to work and now doesn't). I guess I should feel motivated to buy a new fitbit model??? Been a fitbit user for a long time and now I pretty cranky with the product.

Anybody else having trouble with auto detected exercises no longer synching?  Mine stopped 9/3/23.  Read through forums from 3-7 years ago and those solutions are not working.  Tracks steps just fine.  All auto detect exercises set to 10 min.

My sleep score/timing is all messed up now. It skips hours of sleep and when I try to edit it (like you used to be able to), it deletes all the sleep stages and incorrectly adds up how many hours I slept. Tracking my sleep is one of two reasons I use a fitbit and (allow Google to mine my data), so now I'll be looking at other options.

Nothing about it is good. My tracker is also useless now. Have to charge the battery daily and it is very difficult to scroll now… just keeps jumping and flashing which is killing the battery. It is junk now.
