I recently purchased a new Galaxy S20 FE and I am not receiving text or phone call notifications to my fitbit. I did all the usual checks, made sure it was paired with my phone, bluetooth is on, sign out and signed back into my account, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and made sure notifications were on on the settings but nothing seems to work. I'm guessing it's because it's brand new phone but if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Also, let's make sure power management is disabled for the Fitbit app.
