Not scyncing

I have been trying to sync my inspire and I have already deleted the app and re downloaded it. I also turned my Bluetooth on and off and it still won’t work. After I reconnect it with Bluetooth on settings then it syncs and when I check back in on it it says failed to sync. It stays connected for only that short period of time.
