Not syncing or tracking

So I've only had my Fitbit inspire for a month and at first it was working great. Now since about April 26th it has stopped syncing to my phone, and isnt tracking my sleep. I have reset my tracker, removed it from the app and re added it, deleted the app and re added it... I've done literally everything I can to get it to work correctly and it just wont sync. My phone is a galaxy s7, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Hi, @Mackmadden , this should not be an issue with your phone version as that phone is compatible.  Having said that, sync problems are not uncommon and usually resolve themselves.

One thing you could try now is to set up your Fitbit as a replacement device.  Please do not remove it from your account first, as that can cause many more problems (it sounds like you got away with it once, but I would advise not doing it again).

So on your app go to your account screen (click on the photo icon top left of opening screen).  Scroll down to + set up a device and choose your Fitbit Inspire from the drop down list.  You will get a message saying “You already have an Inspire attached to your account. Do you want to replace it?”. Say yes and follow the instructions from there.

Do make sure that other bluetooth devices, except for your phone, are turned off or out of range.

When it finds your Fitbit it should also force a sync.  You will not lose any data in this process.

Let us know if this helps.  Welcome to the forums!

I am trying to set up my Inspire HR.  I have it charging, but it won't get past the POWER UP part.  It says found it and a check mark , but, it won't connect to tracker.
