I bought my Inspire in May of 2019. I haven’t ever had a problem with it but 2 days ago the screen was completely blank (after a full charge). It would intermittently show the time and heart rate but I was unable to scroll and now it will do absolutely nothing. If anyone has any advice for me I’d really appreciate it!

Have you restarted the device? Plug it into your computer. There should be a button on the side, hold it down for about 10 seconds and release. When the Fitbit logo appears, you should be fine.
If that doesn't work, you need to contact Support and ask them for a Battery Test.

I did what you said and nothing happens except for the vibrate which would show battery percentage. I have a completely blank/black screen, the little green lights are visible, my app shows that it has a full battery and it shows recent sync activity.
