my Fitbit is no longer providing me with notification when I have a text or call when my message settings are set to preview ‘never’. Any idea why?

Hi @jennkelly  What phone are you using?

If iOS it is a known issue atm (see THIS thread for updates)

Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications

As mentioned it’s now working when message preview is not set to never. 
seems this is a change that was made and I think it’s horrible!

would really like to see Fitbit go back to how it was before. When I had never selected, my Fitbit would still receive notifications. 
I absolutely hate having preview on my phone because I leave my phone on my desk at work and do not want people reading my private messages. 
I truly hope this is fixed or I won’t be sticking with Fitbit.
