Can someone explain me why when I receive a call my tracker doesn't vibrate? In the app, I have all the setup done correctly I think and the some think is happening when I set up a alarm.

Let me help you with your your call notifications. Make sure that your tracker isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the button. Also check these suggestions to enable call notifications.
