I recently bought the Inspire HR, however I have a problem connecting the notifications. It asks me to restart my phone, which I have done multiple times to no avail. I have also followed the instructions given on the website, such as disconnecting Bluetooth, resetting device etc.
Do you have any other solutions? Or should I just give up?

Hi @Jade.F Unfortunately I cant see your phone on the Supported Devices List which is probavlybthe cause of your problems with notifications. All you can do is try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.
