the screen of my newly bought inspire hr cannot respond to any navigation gesture. now it only shows time. I feel the inner function still works, but i cnnot navigate, even when i press the side button, it doesnot respond properly, just show time

Hi @yinwq  Try restarting your Inspire several times. If that doesnt fix it please come back here.
