My husband isn't getting notifications for texts or calls. His settings are all set up the same as mine.

What did you do please. I have same issue. All settings are enabled for notifications. I can't even get the movement reminder. Thank you

Make sure vibration is turned on in settings and DND & Sleep are turned off on Fitbit
