Can not get ANY phone, messages to show on my inspire 2. Loved my other fitbit, this one not so much.

Hi, @Shevanrooy , can you let us know what phone you are using?  Also, what Fitbit was your old one?  Is it still attached to your account (if it is one of the older Fitbits where that is still possible, the old Fitbit could be getting your notifications instead...)

 

If you let us know your phone type someone should be able to help troubleshoot this for you.

I'm still waiting on a second escalation for my 2 fitbits.  I have a Charge 2 and an Inspire 2 neither of which give me notifications. I have gone through 2 rounds of calls yesterday and gone through multiple steps with them and can't get my notifications working. I finally found to where I can allow fitbit to run in the background but that did not help either.  I do hope someone gets back to me sooner than later.
