I have been receiving call notifications but NOT text notifications. I have already been through all sorts of changes on my phone and the fitbit app. I am at a loss as to how this is happening. If you have and answer I would greatly appreciate. I have and iPhone XR.

Hi @merrysand,

 

I'm not familiar with the iPhone OS (proud Android user here), but there should be a way to check and see if you've allowed both call and text notifications on your device.  Have you made sure both those options are selected?
