My new inspire HR is only showing the clock on the screen. I press the button and it just goes off. I’ve done a reset but still not working. Any ideas please?

Have you tried swiping up and down?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank You!!! I tried everything but that one. Had a charge hr so it’s all changed. How do u change the order of the swipes???

When you set up the tracker to your phone, it should have gone through a tutorial.  Did you not get any of that?

If on a web browser, click 'Help' near top right of this page, then click the tracker you have.  It has many help sections for the tracker, and a link to the manual.
