It seems the other forum to receive help is Twitter which I don’t use - is there a tel # or direct email

address - kind of lost here - no easy means to communicate with Fitbit directly

Can a moderator tell me how to directly contact a rep @ Fitbit w/o Twitter 

I’m in Italy - the Fitbit inspire 2 I ordered was shipped from Netherlands at the end of February and has been sitting in Gls shipment center in Milan since then

please someone help 🙏🏼

Hi @kmf11 , if you want to contact Support you can do it in different ways. Either go to our help portal or go to your profile picture> Help & Support> Contact support in the app. There you will choose how you can contact support.
