I have my Inspire HR fully charged, turned on, installed Fitbit connect for windows 10 (since my phone is not compatible to it), and tried to set it up. However, the set-up failed. It seems that although my bluetooth devices can detect Inspire (the option shows up when trying to add new device in bluetooth settings), it always fails to connect to it. I've tried to restart computer, reinstall the app, turn the bluetooth off and back on, etc., but still could not get it work.

Hi @Flora_R need to first set up on a compatible smartphone or tablet before getting it to work on Windows 10
