Problem with sleep log

Inspire Hr logs my nights just the same way as Alta. Why??

Hi @KaijaM, it's good to see you in the community.

 

Could you be a little more specific. Do you mean you are only seeing basic sleep tracking eg. Awake/restless and not sleep stages? You may find this help article (here) useful in explaining why you didn't see sleep stages for the previous night's sleep.

Now I see the problem.

I used the Begin Sleep Now - button and also have had the inspire HR quite loose in my wrist. So I could only see my sleep pattern, not the sleep stages.

I need to change my way in those two manners.
