REM App Visualization on Inspire 2

I started using my Inspire 2 today, and it’s only showing a graph with points for Wake, Restlessness, and Sleeping. I don’t see the detailed line graph that includes REM, Light, and Deep sleep stages, as shown on your website and in online references. Could you please help me understand why this data isn't displaying and how I can resolve this issue?

@Ivanjavis is your heart rate being detected and are the green lights on the back of your Fitbit on? Your Fitbit needs to be able to read your heart rate to determine sleep stages. Also, you need to let your Fitbit detect your sleep automatically. Don't start and end sleep in the Fitbit app.

A feature of the Inspire is that it can be worn on your wrist or on a clip. Sometimes, when people aren't getting detailed sleep metrics, it is because the device is in Clip mode. When it is set for the clip, the heart rate detection is turned off and you also don't get sleep metrics. To check this setting, press and hold both side buttons on the Inspire 2, you'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

Welcome to the forums @Ivanjavis.

Thank you for providing all this information regarding the sleep in the Fitbit app.

Please, I'm not sure if you tried to restart the device. See: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

In addition, I'd suggest you take a look at the points listed in this help article: How do I improve the accuracy of a heart-rate reading?

Thanks for your help @alexthecat.
