Relax app

How do I launch the relax app in iOS ? Is it incorporated in the Fitbit app ?

How can have access to it ?

The Relax app runs on certain fitbits rather than in the fitbit app on the phone.

It is there on the Inspire HR but not the standard Inspire. Which do you have? There's a help file for it at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2077/

It should just be a case of swiping down when showing the clock to see the installed apps and then tap on relax when you find it. I think that, by default, it's the fourth in the list.

nope, not appearing when I swipe down even though the relax app appears as “downloaded” in my apps list

Now I understand I was swiping up instead of swiping down.

I found it now also by swiping down but I think it was that I totally shut off and restarted my phone before trying the down swipe again

I have the same problem with my inspire HR. The relax app does not appear on my devise but the app says it’s installed.
